It is written in the private scope of The ePLANETe Governance Group until accomplished to launch to the public.

Procedure reminder

When the module is finished, you have two options:

• either you break all the relationship between the Module, the Grains and this Group. It will release theModule and its grains to the public and the Group's members lose control over the Grains(they cannot edit them anymore),
• either you establish relationships between the Module, the Grains and the Public Group. Initial Group's members keeps control over the Grains.
